Lump Sum Contract is a legally binding document describing rights and responsibilities of client and builder's, such as owners warranties, builders duties time for performance, contract price, variations, insurance and other conditions.


Cost Plus Building Contract is a contract between 2 parties, which is not a lump sum fixed price contract. Cost is totaled and a percentage or fix sum added for administration, supervision and profit.


Project Management / supervision we can offer a tailored made agreement for the services of supervision on behalf of the client to supervise and project manage the construction process.

Lockup Stage Glazing is the agreement to undertake the construction process to a lockup stage that includes the glazing and internal & external doors. The interior is plastered, ceilings completed with the plumbing and electrical services in place. The client then undertakes all the finishes. The builder will arrange for the Electrician & the Plumber to complete the fit out once the client has informed the builder for the final. Cost Plus & Lump Sum contracts are recommended for Lockup Packages.


Lockup Stage is the agreement to undertake the construction process to a lockup stage that only includes the construction of the house. The client then undertakes all the internal and external finishes and completes the house at their own pace and cost.
